Behavioral Health Services at the Ohio Center

Mary Beth Chambers-Woods, LLPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 25 years of experience providing therapy for adults, couples, and families. She earned her Master of Rehabilitation and Counseling and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Ethnic Studies from Bowling Green State University.

Based in our Westerville office, Mary Beth provides in-person counseling services for adults ages 18 and over in Westerville, Columbus, and surrounding Central Ohio communities. She also offers secure telehealth therapy throughout Ohio, making specialized mental health care accessible to adults and couples across the state.

Throughout her career, Mary Beth has worked in private practice, community mental health, residential treatment, schools, juvenile justice programs, and foster and adoptive care settings. Her extensive and diverse clinical experience allows her to effectively support adults facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and life-transition challenges.

She tailors treatment to each client's unique goals and circumstances, helping them develop practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether clients are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, family concerns, or major life transitions, Mary Beth provides compassionate, individualized care designed to support healing and growth. Her approach focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, overcome obstacles, and build healthier patterns that support long-term emotional wellness.
