services advocate, with more than 20 years of experience in mental
health counseling, community engagement, and trauma-informed care. She
integrates mental wellness, community outreach, and information access
to create inclusive and healing-centered spaces for underserved
populations. Holding dual Master’s degrees in Library and Information Science and
Social Work. Tippi bridges the worlds of public service, mental health
advocacy, and information equity.
